The SP-R 208 is a bolt-action marksman rifle featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Mobile, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.

Overview
Multiplayer
The SP-R 208 could initially be unlocked in the Season Six Battle Pass at Tier 15, before post-Season requiring the player to get two longshots that are headshots in 5 different matches. By default, it features 5 round magazines, which can optionally be increased to 10 rounds via an extended mag attachment. As a marksman rifle, it lacks a scope by default, but it can be equipped with any of the available optical attachments.

The SP-R 208 returns in Call of Duty: Mobile. It was added in March 2021 as part of the Season 2: Day of Reckoning update.
Multiplayer
The SP-R can get a one-shot kill to the torso at most ranges, dealing a massive 128 damage, comparing to the DL Q33, and at close range, it can score kills to the stomacha s well. However, hitting the lower stomach and legs at range will result in a hitmarker Equipping either .300 or .338 will increase the damage dealt to the stomach, but the legs will still result in a hitmarker.
Although the weapon can have very good ADS time, its enormous underlying weakness is its bolt time. Users will need to make sure they keep this in mind, as it may be harder to land follow up shots with the slow bolt time. The bolts will also affect damage range.
Battle Royale
The SP-R 208 currently cannot be found on the floor, though it can be equipped in the player's personal loadout
The weapon is very sluggish, though it deals heavy damage in return. It can be used as a pseudo-sniper rifle, but it has a fairly slow bolt pull time between scoping in and out.

Overview
Campaign
The SP-R 208 can be found in the level "El Sin Nombre", fitted with a suppressor and a scope. While it has a limited appearance, it is used by Al-Qatala as a sniper rifle, seen in Kill or Capture and Dark Water. It can have various thermal sights in the latter mission since in the former, weapons are not equipped with attachments except an IR laser.
In the Modern Warfare III campaign, the SP-R 208 can be found in the missions "Highrise" and "Frozen Tundra".
Zombies
In Modern Warfare III, the SP-R 208 can be brought into Operation Deadbolt via Create-A-Class, at Common rarity and can be found at any rarity via the Mystery Box for 950 Essence. When upgraded via the Pack-a-Punch Machine or with Aetherium Crystals, it becomes the SP-R DUP-R.
